Overview
We’re looking for an Operational Manager with previous experience working in a front office supervision role in a hotel, spa, or similar. You will be comfortable conversing in English and taking care of our guests.
You will supervise and work closely with all other staff and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that we provide a flawless service to our guests.
